It has been a
crazy & rough week so I missed Tasty Tuesday! But have no fear I give you Tasty Thursday,
it doesn’t sound as good though!!
Pulled Pork
Smoked Stuffed Mushrooms

About a cup
Pulled Pork without BBQ Sauce (chopped up)
The steams
from the mushrooms (chopped)
2 – 8 oz.
Packages of cream cheese
2 – Jalapenos
Sliced
1.
De-steam
the mushrooms & wipe off the mushrooms
2.
Chop
up the steams & pork. Mix with
softened cream cheese.
3.
Spoon
a good amount of the cream cheese mixture into each mushroom. I would say about
a tablespoon.
4.
Top
each mushroom with a jalapeno slice.
5.
Put
on smoker for about 45 minutes. You
could also bake these I think.
