So far this
week has been crazy!! I feel like I am
slacking on everything. I have not
worked out at all this week! L I am hoping to get to the gym
today. Last week I did a pretty good job
with getting to the gym.
Monday – It was
Labor Day so I skipped my workout
Tuesday – We had
a new A/C & heating unit put in at home so I just did a workout at home
after they finished. I did upper &
lower body.
Wednesday – I
ran at the gym. Did 1 ½ miles in about
20 minutes
Thursday –
BOOTCAMP
Friday – I
rested.
Saturday – My
relay team was supposed to run but it was raining. So I did upper & lower body & a
little cardio.
Sunday – I rested.
I feel as
though I really am slacking this week but I will make up for it!!!!
