Since it is
summer I thought I when share some tips to running in the heat. I know these
are common sense but I thought I would share anyway!!
#1 The Early Bird
Gets the Worm – Run in the morning when it’s cooler
#2 Bottoms Up –
Drink a lot of water before, during & after
#3 Dress to
Impress – Wear light colored clothing when you run to keep your body cool
If you have
to run outside please be careful & take percautions!
