Monday & Tuesday Update

I am in full swing of my training & I think I am off to a good start!!

Monday - I did Bootcamp.  Oh my GOSH was it a hard one!!  I think I push myself harder this time because I know I need to in order to get ready for my run.

Tuesday - I did a 1 1/2 mile run on the treadmill.  That is 20 minutes.  Then I did the Arc Trainer for 5 minutes.  All in All I did a little under 2 miles.  That is my best so far!!

I have also been trying to what what I eat.  Tuesay I had egg for breakfast, for lunch I had a Chicken Sandwich.  I am also had a yogurt for a mind morning snack.  This morning I had Toast with peanut butter.  For lunch leftover Chili Mac & Cheese.  I am also try to cut back on the amount of Coke I drink durning the day.  I am drinking more water.  Which can get a little boring.  Crystal Light has become my friend!!!  I love all the flavors it comes in!!

Wednesday is my rest day!!  So I will update agian on Friday!!!
