Over the 4th
of July weekend we did a lot of cooking.
We tried something new on the smoker, a Big Fatty. It is so not good for you but it tasted so
good. I thought I would share the recipe
with you.
1 pound of
thick cut bacon
1 pound
hamburger meat
½ regular
sausage
For the
filling (use whatever you want but we used the following):
½ onion

Bacon Weave |
Weave the
bacon (see picture)
Mix together
the hamburger & the sausage and flatten it on the bacon
Then top with
the filling
Roll it into
a log & use toothpick to hold it together
Put in fridge
for about an hour
Then it on
the smoker @ 230° in the internal temperature is 165°
Take it off
the smoker & let it rest for about 15-30 minutes, then cut into it &
enjoy!!!!

Like I said
not real good for you but it tastes so good!!!!
Until next time!!
